I have had an issue with a product that is within the Warranty period, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact the store where the product was originally purchased. As your contract of sale lies with your retailer , your rights are also with the retailer - the company that sold you the product - not the manufacturer, and so you must make any claim against the retailer. 


The retailer will then liaise with us directly and carry out the warranty procedure, this may involve the item being sent back to us for inspection / repair, the turn around for which can take up to 3 weeks during peak times .


All carriage to and from Vango during the warranty process, will be done using our couriers and at our expense.

Due to the wear and tear poles receive during pitching and striking, they are not covered under the warranty. However, it is possible to repair or replace them.
