When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days following credit card authorization and verification.


We request all our shipping providers to collect a signature upon delivery, therefore we recommend someone be available at the delivery address to sign for the item. On occasion—depending on the courier—your item may be left with a neighbour.


Shipping Problems

Whilst uncommon, shipping problems can occur. If you have an issue with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us and we can advise further.


If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A representative from Vango, or the fulfilment partner, will process a damage claim with the shipping provider, arrange for the damaged merchandise to be returned and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.


Couriers 

Where possible we use either Parcelforce’s Express – 24 service or 48Large service, for shipments weighing under 30kgs, within the UK. Items over 30kg will be sent via DX and their Next Day delivery service. For mainland European orders, we use DPD or Parcelforce.


Items not received.

On occasion, you may receive one item and not the other, this is because; the items are being sent by two different couriers or have been sent from two warehouses on two consignments.
